The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified offeror to plan, coordinate, implement and administer the Deming-Luna County Visitor Center and Tourism Development Services. The office directly oversees the promotion of tourism activities in the Deming/Luna County area by operation of a Tourism Visitor Center; identifying and compiling area specific tourism publications for statewide distribution, and in responding to requests for information by the public. Contractor will attend, provide reports, present visitor statistics, and promotional efforts to the Tourism Development Committee (TDC) board on a monthly basis and ensure the performance of various office duties.
